Payment Terms
- Project Initiation: Before the commencement of any project, we require a minimum payment of 75% of the total project cost. This upfront payment is necessary to secure your project on our schedule and to cover initial project expenses.
- Final Payment: The remaining 25% of the payment is due upon project completion, before the final handover of the website and other deliverables.
Client Responsibilities
- Provision of Information: You must provide all necessary information required to complete the project. This includes, but is not limited to, hosting details, login credentials for necessary platforms, contact information, and specific project requirements.
- Timely Feedback and Approvals: You agree to provide timely feedback and approvals throughout the project lifecycle. Delays in feedback or approvals may result in project delays, and additional charges may apply.
Project Requirements Before the start of any project, we require:
- Detailed Specifications: You must provide a comprehensive brief or document outlining the project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Access Credentials: All necessary access credentials for hosting and other platforms involved in the project must be provided in a secure manner.
- Contact Information: Accurate contact details for day-to-day communications and decision-making must be provided.
Intellectual Property Upon full payment of the project, intellectual property rights of the deliverables will be transferred to you. Until then, all outputs remain the property of Metro Business Services.
Limitation of Liability Metro Business Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services.
Amendments We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All modifications will be effective immediately upon posting and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes.
